Evaluation of deskilling thesis

Another critic of Braverman’s deskilling thesis is Friedman.
Although like Braverman, Friedman is a Marxist he argues firms achieve more with their workers through a greater use of responsible autonomy
Responsible autonomy is where workers are given a degree of control of their working environment through using their initiative and organising their routines.
For example the way different teachers have differing approaches to teaching, marking and feedback
